Before you book your appointment, please note that at this time, in order to protect patients and our staff , we highly encourage all patients and visitors to wear proper fitting (no mesh or masks with holes) masks while being served. If you would like a proper mask, one will be offered to you for use during service.
All deposits for ultrasound services are nonrefundable once the appointment is booked. Patients are allowed one free reschedule. There is a 15 minute grace period, after which the appointment must be rescheduled with a new booking fee.
For all diagnostic ultrasound evaluations, an appointment request is required from providers before your arrival. Please gently remind your provider to visit the "providers" section of this website for instructions.
For elective and self referred/second opinion scans, an appointment request is not required.
Currently , we service patients at two locations. On Monday, we are in Marietta at 2993 Sandy Plains Rd. Suite 215-B Marietta, Georgia 30066. On Friday, we are in Tyrone Georgia at 135 Howell Road Suite C Tyrone, Ga 30290. Please keep this in mind when booking.
In home visits are available as well. Please contact us for details.
Prior to all visit types, the patient forms must be completed. They are available on this website under "patient forms".
Booking on this website implies agreement to the above stated guidelines for service. Those who book and do not wish to comply as agreed, may not be serviced, without refund.
