We understand that urgent situations can arise outside of regular business hours. For emergency needs, we’re available to see patients at our Marietta location on a case-by-case basis.

📋 Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked online. A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your appointment.
🕒 Appointment Terms:
- ✅ One complimentary reschedule is allowed per appointment.
- ⏰ A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule.
- 💳 All fees are non-refundable, including booking deposits, late arrivals, and no-shows.
💙 Gender Scan Disclaimer:
- Gender determination is never guaranteed, as visibility depends on baby’s position, gestational age, and other factors.
- For best results, we recommend scheduling your gender scan at or after 16 weeks.
- If you’d like the gender written down instead of spoken aloud, please bring your own pen and paper, as we are a paperless office.
⚠️ High-Risk Pregnancy Protocol:
We proudly serve patients with high-risk pregnancies. All scans are performed by a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with advanced maternal-fetal training, and are read by our board-certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialist.
If you have:
- A history of complications (e.g., preterm labor, hypertension, diabetes)
- A high-risk diagnosis (e.g., previa, accreta, fetal anomalies)
- Or have been referred to MFM care by your OB provider

Our MFM team provides in-house interpretation of all complex and high-risk studies. Referral to an outside MFM is only made if further physical evaluation or intervention is required.
